Absolutely. Everything we build runs in the background without anyone needing to touch it. We also provide clear walkthroughs for your team and are always available if you need help. If your staff can use email and a spreadsheet, they'll have no trouble at all.
We primarily use Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps, which integrate with hundreds of apps including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Xero, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Slack, and many more. If you use it, we can probably connect to it.
Simple automations can be live within 48 hours. More complex workflows involving multiple systems typically take 1–2 weeks from consultation to go-live. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Every automation we build includes error handling and alerting, so if something goes wrong, we're notified before you even notice. All packages include post-launch support, and our monthly plans include ongoing monitoring and fixes at no extra cost.
